Is it normal for a gaming rig to slow down after two years? I play games like Arma 3, GTA V, and some others. I have noticed a performance decrease, mainly on Arma 3. I am running Windows 10. I have a Intel i5 4590, Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970, and 8GB on RAM. Any ideas?

Solution
That should be the biggest impact on improving things.
I usually run both MalwareBytes and Adwcleaner to clean malware. You clould also try CCleaner to remove unnecessary temporary files, etc and also clean out old bogus Registry entries.
Finally I would run a disk defragger.

I have an SSD installed.
I think the malware removed has gained a little performance, but I haven't tested it in full yet.
I have ran CCleaner.
You cannot defrag an SSD, but I will defrag with defragger my HDD now.

Adwcleaner did not find anything.
