I don't get 60+ FPS in new games. I average in the mid 50s in The Witcher 3, Fallout 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider. All image quality settings are maxed though. 6700K at 4.6Ghz with an EVGA 980 Ti SC at 1440p.

I'm not sure when the new cards will be released or which new cards will release first and at what price point. It's all speculation at this point. And unless even more demanding games come out I doubt I'll even be tempted to upgrade for another year or longer.

This is off topic but what cpu cooler do you use I've been looking for a cheap cpu cooler to overclock on

I saw it. No one knows for sure what it is. They even speculate it could be a mobile part. The memory is all wrong too. The new cards will be announced in April. That doesn't mean they will be released in April or even if they are that it will be more than a paper launch. I waited almost 2 months before I could find a 980 Ti in stock after they were released last year.
