I recently built a new pc with i5-6600k and the mobo is Gigabyte Z170-HD3P
And im worried about few weird readings im getting... for example hwmonitor shows that my TMPIN1 temp is -54 degrees celsius and its constant. And hwinfo64 shows +105 degrees celsius on same sensor. So im not sure if that sensor isnt working properly? Also both monitoring softwares show that my cpu usage wont go over 50% under heavy gaming but when monitored with MSI Afterburner all cores go over 50%. So is this just uncompatibility issue with the motherboard and the softwares? :ange:

Solution
For the correct reading you should go into the BIOS to get those temp readings.
Also you should update the chipset driver first, then check those ( temp, usage, etc) readings again, because if the sensor can't get the right driver, the software will show the wrong readings.
