No power on mobo

I purchased an asrock 990fx fatal1ty mobo. Got everything set in the case, plugged in, and ready to go. Upon pressing the power button, the only thing that came on were the LED's on my corsair dominators. Brand new mobo out of the box. Any suggestions? Im an avid builder and havent ran into this problem yet. I understand rma out of the box. Any suggestions before I send it back?

After I got your PM, recommend you try: 1) because you have the Thermaltake tr2 850w psu for the gtx660ti sli, may try use single GPU to see the PC can boot or not. That PSU is not a good one for the 2 GPUs. 2) Also try other RAM, likw 1600mhz, or 1866mhz, the fx 4130 cpu may have problem with the 2133mhz RAM.

Used gskill ripjaw 1866 first. I believe the board itself was shorted or maybe had a cold/weak solder joint. Replacement is on the way.
