AMD R7 260x black screen!!!

I have the follow problem with games heavy like: COD MW2, BF3, etc

I Start gaming
5min~ later the game freeze (the computer also)
the audio keep
the screen stay black
the audio stop
if you are on windowed mode, the system tray show the message "the video driver has stopped responding and recovered"

How to fix it?

On this thread they are talking about this card and your issues, basicly this card IS A CRAP, you lost your money. But there are some alternatives to life with the problem:

1. decrease the GPU clock to 1000

The problem of this card is that she is too bad to control your power consumption, when the clock is original is like that she is overclocked on max(hight instabillity) then she works like a crazy with a weapon on the hands

2. Rollback the BIOS to 015.42
Yes, some guys have said that if you have this bios version the problem not happen but you card will works like a grill:ange:

3. Buy a new card and take fire on this crap
