I have this old model. Toshiba 32AV502U flat panel TV. My issue is the TV works fine. Video, sound and stays on. But the only thing is when you turn it on it takes about 30min. before the video/display shows. You hear buzzing and screeching sounds for about 3-5min. Then it goes quiet. After about 30min. leaving it sitting there powered on, the display finally shows. As if it needed time to warm up. And it will stay on working with no problem until you turn it off. I already changed the T-con board, but still have the same results.
Would my problem be the power board needing replacement?
