What cooler do I need to overclock i5-6400 safely?

Hi, I recently built a new PC and have an i5-6400 CPU running on a Z170 motherboard. I was looking to play around with the base clock overclocking and wondered what kind of coolers would be suitable. I saw the Krakken X61 but it looks like it might be overkill for this and I wasn't wanting to spend that much.

Does anyone have any recommendation on sensible cooling options that won't break the bank?

Something like the H7 from Cryorig would suffice, don't expect a lot OCing with the BCLK and keep in mind it OCs the whole system, not just the CPU

Tradesman1 made a good suggestion. Do you have an older version of BIOS that allows a lot of BCLK overclocking for that CPU? More modern BIOS and Microcode changes have eliminated that possibility on most boards and with most processors.
