Oops I worded it wrong haha, what I meant by that is when I was testing it outside the case I had nothing else plugged in and I could still hear it, right now I am just browsing the web and the thing I hear the most is the power supply.

That's normal. If you have a quiet CPU cooler and an aftermarket GPU cooler, the PSU often makes the most sound at idle.
In my system, the CPU cooler makes the most noise because i have it fixed at 1300rpm to keep my CPU temps stable. No softwork i've used so far can keep the temps stable on an overclocked FX chip. So i can't really hear my PSU, but that's because something else is louder. If your PSU makes the most noise, i'm sure you have a very quiet system.

that's pretty cool honestly but here is what I am gonna do, I am going to replace my B2 with a GS PSU. The GS is Tier 1, fully modular, has all black cables and has ECO mode for silent operations. Since I am doing this all through Amazon I don't have to pay anything extra and I even have a $10 gift card which I will be using, pretty much getting it for free, BUT no PC for me for about a week :(
