My ISP provides me a shared broadband connection(it's the most popular type of internet in our country). During free time(like when other users sleep or go to work) I get 3-4 MBps download speed(Lot more than average in our country). But when it's busy, I can't even access Google properly, download speed reduces to 10-12 KBPs. As it's now summer vacation in our country, most of the time everyday, I get very much slow speed. I can't access Facebook,YouTube let alone download something.
Is there any way to increase my speed/bandwidth allocation?
