I recently installed Windows 10 and didn't like it. So i used the in built windows 10 feature to go back within 30 days.

I did this and when i started it said there was a problek starting and that i should use Startup Repair.

I did this and it said windows cannot repair this computer automatically. I cannot proceed further because my keyboard/mouse isn't working. The mouse light is on but its not on the screen and moving around.

The keyboard light turns on momentarily when i plug it in but then turns off and i cant use it.

What should i do?

you are welcome

sometimes its just quicker to re-install windows than mess about

when you get it all the way you want it i would suggest using free macrium reflect to make an image file so any future problems you can just restore that

i even made a partition for my macrium image so when i turn on the pc i get the option to boot windows or boot macrium to restore or use its great fix booting error tools

Ive also tried unplugging my mouse and headset so only the keyboard is in the USB slots.

I got it into safe mode but it won't let me do a system restore. Apparently i need to activate something called system protection but when i tried to from services it just says i cannot so it in safe mode. :(
