Every time I put in two memory sticks my pc wont boot. So I put one in and boots , swapped over to the second stick , it boots. Then tried two sticks in the other paired slots and still wont boot. Other than that it works great with either stick in slot 1

Cpu:I7 6700k
Os: Win 7 64bit pro
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) 3000 MHz CL15 XMP 2.0 DDR4

Solution
If they play in slots one and two, then it sounds like a channel problem, which is often caused by the CPU cooler being too tight in a corner or side, try loosening the cooler then snug it down screw tight, and then try the sticks in slots 1-3 or 2-4 from CPU

I ve contacted amazon and they are sending me an other one tommrow, I came across this on an other forum https://hardforum.com/threads/z170-boot-issues.1881141/. I tried putting the ram stick into the slot next after seeing that forum post and it bloodu worked with 2 slots next to each other. So i used mem test and the sticks passed without no problems. Did the cmos battery also just as suggested by gigabyte and tired one more time and still the same so I gave up and called amazon. Thanks for your help though :)
