Hi, I'm new to this forum and also to building PC's. I have this list that I put together here http://pcpartpicker.com/p/j6KxD3, it's a three monitor build. I'm wondering if the cooling fan I have would be sufficient enough to cool this build or if I should buy a different one and if so which one, or should I go with liquid cooling and again if so which unit would be good for this build. Also would over clocking do anything for this build or would I be better off not over clocking? If possible would like to keep the build under $4000.

Not sure how familiar your with beyond hardware, but hardware alone (tossing a whole lot of money and buying the most expensive parts) does NOT ensure you will NOT have any type of lag or stuttering. Easily a $4K system can have plenty if you don't weekly / monthly maintenance it (running Malware scans, dusting it out, installing driver and software updates by hand, etc.) AND if you SHARE your Internet connection with ANY other devices.

Pure PRO GAMERS get a dedicated Internet connection just to and ONLY for their gaming rigs. They may set up game servers on it, but NO ONE ELSE is using their Tablet on the connection to watch...

High end gaming. Playing MMOs and other games at max settings without any type of lag or stuttering.

Can I use liquid cooling with fans or do I have to use one or the other?

1) As your going 'balls to the wall extreme' with $4k (OMG!) then always think WATER WATER WATER cooling for everything especially with Dual Cards. There is whole kits for dual cards and CPU systems, I would suggest with your budget you instead get a preset GAMER'S WATER COOL CASE with it already mounted and just plop in Mobo, Cards, Drives DONE. See also #2 below
2) As your running Dual cards, the experiences posted here, I would tell you the PSU isn't near enough. You need to focus on more a 1KW+ just to make sure you have OVER enough power with everything on, than UNDER powered.
3) Your Mobo already has a NIC and a Sound built in (by default). Unless your planning to run a actual 7+1 set of speakers off this, you don't need the extra NIC and Soundblaster card.

They may set up game servers on it, but NO ONE ELSE is using their Tablet on the connection to watch Walking Dead, Sister isn't uploading to her Instagram account, Roommate isn't downloading the entire RubyRose series off Torrent, etc. That will also cause it for MMOs.
