What? You don't use a stock cooler - any stock cooler - to overclock. Buy a CM Hyper 212 Evo
or Noctua NH-D15 or something to that effect.
Virtually any cooler is better than stock cooling, for overclocking. But there's many to choose from.
Make sure you have a decent motherboard and PSU too.

first of all i would like to thank u for your fast reply
i always knew that stock coolers r not good but i didn't know that they r that bad
any way the 3rd cooler (AVC Ice Cold) is not a stock cooler, so does that mean it is better than the other 2 ?
also why did u recommend (CM Hyper 212 Evo / Noctua NH-D15) and not the AVC Ice Cold ?, is it not good enough ?
thanks in advance

None of those 3 coolers are suited for overclocking, not in the least bit, the non stock cooler you mentioned will offer better cooling but no real advantage over the stock cooler other than being a bit more quiet.

The other coolers mentioned by x79 are certainly better. But even when overclocking there is no need beyond CM 212 evo, anything more is a waste unless you go to water, other coolers may offer better temps and may operate at lower temps but in the end are not really worth the extra money. Since the memory controller was moved to the cpu from the motherboard cpu's can't take the voltage being dumped into them for higher returns...... for the most part.

You're welcome.
Yes almost by definition of not being a stock cooler, it's better. I recommended the ones I did because
many people use them and quite like them. They're known to do their job well. I'm not familiar with the
one you mentioned either and though that doesn't automatically disqualify it, it's often better to go
with well-known brands when it comes to parts. It could well be a fine cooler.
