Now it still doesn't work
i Installed a new PSU because my other one kept making the PC restarting every 2 seconds. Now that I installed the new PSU which is a evga nex750G now all the PC does is light up for a split second and stops and I can't do it again unless I take the power cord out and ik the PSU works because the paperclip test was perfect... What do I do????
And the mother board works as well , what's the problem?

Well ordering another stick won't necessarily solve your problem. If anything, it'll likely make it worse. Because even if you order
an identical stick to the one you have, problems can still arise. Hence why RAM come in packs together, so that the
manufacturer can guarantee that they work together. Mixing and matching RAM just isn't recommended.

Also, you didn't list your HDD.
