have no idea whats going on assuming my modem/router combo i have died or something i have been getting constant slow internet for cpl days now my download speed over wireless and cable are the same at rought .6mbps but my upload hasnt changed and am still getting 10mbps

However Try:
Rebooting the router.
Trying a different router.
Resetting the router.
