HP 27sv 27-Inch LED Monitor

Screen size: 27-inch diagonal
Panel type: IPS/LED backlight
Native resolution: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD)
Dynamic contrast ratio: 10,000,000:1
Brightness: 250 nits
Response time: 7ms G to G
Viewing angles: 178 degree horizontal and vertical.
Tilt: -3 to +21 degree
Input connectors: 1 VGA, 1 HDMI (with HDCP), 1 DVI-D (with HDCP).
Dimensions (w x h x d): 24.5 x 17.09 x 7.87 inches

Solution
its a low contrast ratio screen, which means all the the white and black will look a bit same.
light and darkness is not too good on that screen.
however everything will look nice from every angle.

Yea I was trying to figure that monitor out... dont think it'll be the one I go after but I was pretty surprised with the price and size of the monitor lol.

And Superninja12 thanks for the recommendation but I am looking for something that has the Vesa mount holes, eventually I will be planning on having a dual screen setup on a stand of some sort so buying something that isn't vesa compatible isn't a ideal buy. Thank you though :)
