I'm looking to upgrade my gaming rig.
I am on a fx8320 @ 4.6ghz r9 390x currently.
I wil be looking at a intel build at arround 450/500 euro , i wanna step up to ddr4 aswel . Already got a psu , case , hdd's and cooling gonna keep my current gpu for a while longer.
I'd like to have a good board for overclocking down the line.
I got a custom loop for when i get a k series i5/i7 sometime in the summer this budget is just for a non k cpu i3 or maybe i5 ( just to drive my r9 390x ), memory and motherboard.
I probably reuse the cpu later on in a small home server or extra pc when i buy a k series for ocing.
So what motherboard , memory and cpu do you guys recommend for this purpose because im quite new to these intel builds lol
My budget is quite limited at the moment so if i do it like this i can swap out the cpu later for a better one when i wanna go wild on ocing
