Replaced stock CPU cooler and now I can't boot into Windows (10)

I have an Asus Z170 motherboard with Windows 10. Had it going strong for 4 months and finally decided to switch out the stock cooler for a CoolerMaster. The install was a bit more involved than I had foreseen and I ended up jostling the GPU (Nvidia GeForce 650). By jostle I mean partially removed and then replaced.

Now I can't boot into Windows. I've tried the Bootrec /MBR fixes in many threads I've Googled, with no luck. That's the main issue, however I also note that the BIOS cannot see the GPU at all. Nothing has cracked or broken and I believe that my GPU is fully plugged in.

Has anyone experienced this, or have any suggestions? It's really frustrating to have made a minor improvement and then be confronted with these issue.

Additional info. Chkdsk sees my partition and confirms that it is unharmed. Additionally, I can see all my files in the BIOS.

I can now offer an end to this story.

Took the computer in and the repair guy was able to get Windows to boot by wiping the system and taking it out of RAID mode. I didn't have any files on it, so that was fine. He indicated that the video card was still non-operational, although it did appear to work in other computers. Final recommendation: replace the MOBO because something was likely broken.

I was prepared to do it, but as a last ditch effort I went ahead and flashed the MOBO with the latest update from ASUS. Lo and behold, the video card was immediately recognized and now the computer is working like a charm. Ended up costing me $100 and a few headaches.

Thanks again for taking the time to respond to my issue, hopefully the resolution proves instructive.
