Hey there, alrosh!

We actually made things easier for you when upgrading your storage. WD made some changes to simplify the HDD selection process by consolidating our mainstream PC products to only the WD Blue family. You should check the "Specifications" on the product page of the WD Blue HDDs. The previously known as WD Green HDDs & their capacities will remain available but under the WD Blue brand listed in the 5,400 RPM-class drives with available capacities up to 6 TB. They are a great secondary storage solution for your massive data. Indeed, the IntelliSeek feature lowers the power consumption, noise and vibration.

On the other hand, the 7,200 RPM-class WD Blue drives are only up to 1 TB in size and are purposed for everyday computing (suitable for primary/boot HDDs even in mainstream PCs).

The whole WD Blue family comes with a 2-year limited warranty. However, the best way to prevent any potential data loss is to always have another copy (or multiple copies) of your files stored on an off-site (external or cloud) storage location.

Hope I was able to answer your questions! Let me know if you have more! :)
