so a couple of days ago i was playing black ops 3 with max settings and i had 90 fps and my components were all cool so it wasn't an issue with heat cause i have a water cooler ... so i leave my pc for what like 15-30 mins with black ops 3 opened but on lobby so there isn't any action going on i come back to my pc to find a black screen and a LOUD noise coming from the pc like an electronic vacuum cleaner i tried to ctrl alt delete but it didnt work i tried alt tab but i couldnt shut it down without force shutting it down... my pc specs are gtx780 acx and intel core i7 4790k didn't overclock any of them 16gigs of corsair vengence ram and a 750 watt psu now the psu had some electricity sounds from the back of it but iv'e asked alot of ppl and they said its just coil whine and its nothing to worry about .. but i'm going to change it cause i think its the thing that caused this whole problem ...

That's actually WORSE for your computer! Especially if you don't have v-sync enabled in the drivers. You'll need to see what the issue was, but it's likely PSU or GPU. If the noise was really loud, I would bet the GPU rather than PSU, since most PSUs don't have fans that run that fast.

its like a bzzzzt sound the psu http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-CX750-Supply-Bronze-Certified/dp/B008RJZQSW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1458565852&sr=8-2&keywords=corsair+750+watt for the software part i thought that too but once i reused my pc after 4 days of it happening i launched some games to benchmark the gpu to check if everything was ok .. temps were the same fps was the same but the fans wont slow down after i shut down the programs... and once i shut down the system the fans went like to full speed and off in a second u know ? like a loud air sound
