Processor :Intel i3 6100 3.7Ghz LGA 1151
Mobo :ASRock H110M-GL/D3 DDR3 Intel Socket 1151
RAM :Apacer 8Gb PC 12800 (4Gb x 2) Black Panther DDR3
HDD :Seagate SATA III 1 TB 7200RPM 3.5 Inch
VGA :Inno 3D GTX 960 4Gb 128Bit DDR5 OC
PSU :ENERMAX Max Pro 80+ 600W - EMP600AGT

I'm not sure of the motherboard and the psu

Solution
Get DDR4 memory and DDR4 motherboard with skylake. Invest in a better PSU. Personally Id get the corsair 450W psu, don't care what people say, for low end systems it does a great job. DDR4 memory costs the same as DDR3 and a DDR4 motherboard costs $10 more. Personally I got the Asrock H110M HDV since it has HDMI, DVI, VGA for the onboard graphics.

With that CPU and GPU, you can game at 1080p on upper low/medium settings @ 60fps assuming future games dont ban dual core CPU's. A 600w PSU would be ideal for future upgrades tho, assuming you are sticking with one GPU.
