It doesn't really matter the language. Google Translate is pretty good, so you can translate most sites.

CPU: i7-5820K @ 1,330,000
Cooler: H100i GTX @ 500,000
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-X99-Gaming-5P @ 1,306,000
RAM: 16GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200MHz @ 662,000
GPU: MSI R9 390X Gaming 8GB @ 1,880,000
SSD: 250GB Samsung 850 EVO @ 360,000
HDD: 1TB SeaGate Barracuda @ 160,000
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA B2 750W @ 420,000

That comes in at 6,258,000 if translate is working properly.

Leaving 742,000 for a case, mouse & keyboard...

Ok, first off - is your budget $2,000? Are you in the US? If not, we'd need your local equivalent currency for your budget (and ideally any stores you plan to buy from).

You have a monitor & Windows 10 already? Assuming you are in the US, you can have a killer machine for Gaming, Twitch streaming & recording for Youtube for $1,200 or so without a monitor or OS.

I haven't included a case, mouse or keyboard in there though, as you need to land your "theme" or colour scheme before committing to those.

Ok, Iran is definitely the most relevant part. As much as you can put together the rig I linked in the US for $1,200 I'm sure the same components would cost more for you. Do you have a specific online store you'd be buying from? Then I can get a feel for your local costs.

$2,000 USD is what? 60,500,000 Rial?

All X99 boards should be quality. Gigabyte, ASUS, ASRock etc. Any board should serve the purpose well for you.

Depending on your local prices, an i7-6700K + a Z170 board may be substantially cheaper than the 5820K and X99 board.

As far as keyboard/mouse/headset, different people look for different things from those components. What do you like? There's more to them than look obviously, so what kind of functionality? Assuming a wired, mechanical keyboard and wired mouse?? Bluetooth or wired headset etc. Colour scheme matter to you?

I like keywords like dead stalker that be quite for my gaming records
And you said right 6700k and z170 are cheaper but I do some sort of 3d jobs with 3dmax
So I think x99 is better if u think 6700k do 5820k and it's good for recording I will buy 6700k but if 5820k is better I prefer to buy better one

Leaving 742,000 for a case, mouse & keyboard. Might be a little over budget by the time you factor those in.

Suggestions:

Case: Cooler Master N300 @ 199,000
Mouse: Logitech G502 Gaming Mouse @ 290,000
Keyboard: Razer BlackWindow 2014 Gaming @ 385,000
Headset: Depends on your needs.

So that puts you a little bit over budget at 7,132,000 before a headset, but an amazing setup.
