Will my cpu cooler fit my ram on my mobo

My cpu cooler is Phanteks PH-TC14PE_RD 78.1 CFM CPU Cooler
my ram is G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory my mobo is Asus MAXIMUS VIII HERO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard will the ram fit?

Yes, the fans adjust up and down as necessary. It's very easy to mount them. It wouldn't do any good to buy a high end cooler and not be able to use it ;)

You can see here the front fan is just a tiny bit higher than the second fan.

Yes it will fit fine. I have the same cooler with the taller GSkill TridentZ modules and I had no problems. The front fan will adjust up if necessary.

I know the cooler itself will fit but that has no fans on it just to be clear if you put a fan above that ram you could fit it just fine
