Both your HDMI and Ethernet cables are digital cables, which make them very resistant to interference. This sort of issue was only really a problem with analog cables such as VGA.

It may well be that your TV and PC are attempting to use the same IP address, or the channel they are using becomes too traffic heavy when both are online.

How are you with networking settings on your router?

First of all, its 'Ethernet' cable, not 'earthanet' :p

To clarify, you have a PC in one room, that is wired to your TV in your kitchen via HDMI and another TV in your living room via HDMI+Ethernet?

And your problem is that if the living room TV is connected, your internet connection on your PC drops out?
