I want to play the division 1440x900 resolution on high settings to get 50-60 fps, but i want to ask some questions

1-if i played on that resolution will i get 50-60 fps on high settings??
2-is this resolution good and will make me happy while playing or will it be a shitty resolution and will make the graphics so shitty and so bad???

My PC:
I5 3340,3.1 GHz
GTX 960 WINDFORCE 2X OC 2GB
RAM 8GB
WINDOWS 10

There are two post listing that 60 fps is possible, but perceeds to ask if It's actually possible or not. A simple Google or Youtube search will provide that info, but there is no effort there. Hence my downvote, and I hope Fady understands that.
