Not happening, your computer is incapable of doing it without major upgrades. If you have a laptop with miracast capability (Windows 10 mainly), you can get https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/en-us/products/adapters/wireless-display-adapter-2/p3q-00001 , but that desktop will need a wireless router at the very least, and it's unlikely it can actually output miracast and decode video at the same time

my tv is an lcd hdtv by lg. it has 2 hdmi holes on bacl. a 9-pin hole for somethign i dont know about. and the rgb-pc in thats taken already so i czn watch my pc stuff on my tv right now with no sound.

the pc is a dell optiplex 760 with windows 7 home 32 bit. on the front is 2 usb 2.0 plugs and a mic hole and a headphones hole. on the back is 2 usb 2.0 holes free. on the back is 2 spdif (not sure what that is. too old for me), and 2 9-pin plugs for something.
