Recently I have tried to use the radeon crimson program to try and tun up the clock on my gpu and ended up screwing myself. Up until this point, after 2 years of use my gpu was running fine and then this is what is causing a sort of black screen where there are sometimes bars across the screen and effectively crashes. What I had attempted to do in the Crimson overdrive feature was overclock it to 1400MHz and 20% more power allocation. After that it had crashed and I had gotten a notification from windows 10 about a driver failure. I have tried reinstalling my drivers and haven't gotten anywhere doing that. Everytime I start up my build now and i try to run any game it will crash the same way with the bars across the screen. I have been looking for a solution and couldn't find one other then drivers, power, and get a new one. Considering its been working for so long already I tried to rule those last 2 out. Here are my specs:
AMD fx 8350 black edition W/ Hyper 212 Evo and 1 fan on it.
Radeon xfx R9 270x (Best buy exlusive one)
Msi sli krait edition motherboard
Corsair RM 750 PSU
2 4gb cards of patriot memory, 2 4gb cards of pac sun memory
Patriot 120gb Pyro ssd
WD 1tb hard drive
