My nVidia GT630 only accepts drivers from 347.88 and older, why?

This driver is practically 2 years old. I've tried newer drivers but the card simply won't accept them. I've tried newer drivers on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. None of them will use any driver newer than 347.88. Why is this?

Not necessarily. Unless the game big issues on older driver which needing fix. Btw make sure you get the correct version for driver for yourcwindows version. And might as well want to try clean driver install using DDU.

I mean older drivers than that won't work. They come to install normally but then they don't work, as if I simply had uninstalled the graphics drivers. Either that or the installation software will tell me the're incompatible.

Well, I thought that newer drivers were supposed to have a better performance. Don't they?
