will H81M mother board support i3 6 gen

There is no way an H81 will support a 6th gen CPU. H81 is for 4th gen which uses 1150 pin. Where 6th gen uses 1151 pin. You can not even put the cpu in the socket.
You will need H110, H170, B150 or Z170 motherboard.
