Need Help!!! I cleaned my Hard Disk with Diskpart

I was trying to make a bootable windows usb drive. During the procedure I selected my hard drive(disk 0) instead of selecting the usb drive(disk 1). Now, the problem is that except my C: drive(System drive) all of my other drives(D: and E: ) do not appear in Windows Explorer.
I don't think the data is erased because I checked my Hard Disk stats from Windows Disk Management and all drives appear over there.
If anyone knows how to get them back then please help, I would be really thankful...

Just right-click each drive in Disk Management and give them a letter (preferably the same letter they had before). That should work unless you somehow deleted the partitions on each drive.

Hi there MT Dagar,

Unfortunately, there is a chance that you've deleted your partitions as Solandri suggested.
In that case, you will need to use some partition/data recovery software.

Keep in mind that you shouldn't overwrite the data stored on the drive in some way.
