bios/windows is showing that my laptop (hp pavillion 15 notebook pc p229ax) have 8gb ram.

But, on task manager memory usage showing that i only have 3,2 phys memory and 4,5 is hardware reserved.

I've been try to check my ram using cpu-z . But on memory tab , it only show that i only have 4gb ram. And on SPD tab, 2nd slot is blank .

should i try to check the ram slot ?

i've already update the bios
i've checked my graphic card it has 4vram , 3gb dedicated and 1gb shared memory
is that have any issues with hardware reserved?

update :
i've swap both ram slot , 1 to 2 , 2 to 1 (only have 2 slot)
at first swap, on cpu-z it detect my other ram (samsung)
2nd swap, on cpu-z it detect my first ram (vgen)

is it mean i have an issue with ram slot? but bios still read it 8gb, and cpu-z only 4gb
