Hello all!

My PC died on me some time ago, and I suppose it's time to upgrade (the parts are so old now, it's not really worth repairing). I will have to look at a new Motherboard, CPU, Graphics Card and RAM.

I'm a graphic designer, so I'll be using it for a number of Adobe programmes (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and the usual binge-watching on Netflix. I am based in South Africa, so working in $ doesn't really apply, but I would appreciate the advice all the same.

My budget is unfortunately quite low at $400 (which works out to a budget of R7300 in my currency). I do not need any storage, PSU, fans, or a case to be considered in this build. I won't be playing any real games, and I don't have any need to overclock.

I've found the following parts, which fit nicely within my budget:

Motherboard:
MSI H170M PRO-VDH
MSI H170M PRO-VDH USB 3.1 Intel Motherboard / Supports 6th Generation Intel Processors / LGA 1151 Socket / Intel H170 Chipset / 4K Support / DDR4 Memory Support

CPU:
i5 6500
Intel Core i5 6500 6th Generation Skylake Quad-Core 3.2GHz (3.6GHz Turbo) Dual Channel DDR4 6MB CACHE LGA 1151 BX80662I56500 Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 530
http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/intel-core-i5-6500-cpu-1382.aspx

RAM:
2x 4GB DDR4
Crucial 4GB (1x4GB) 2133MHz DDR4 Desktop Memory
http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/crucial-4gb-2133mhz-ddr4-desktop-memory-1249.aspx

Graphics Card:
MSI GT 730
MSI N730-2GD3 Geforce GT 730 2GB 128-Bit Graphics Card / 96 CUDA Cores / PCI Express 2.0
http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/msi-gt-730-2gb-graphics-card-901.aspx

Does anybody anticipate a problem with this build?

I realise that it's not top-of-the-line, but I just need something that will work well.

Thanks! I quite like that idea.

I think I'll go for the Gaming version (http://www.evetech.co.za/PC-Hardware/msi-h110m-gaming-1712.aspx). They seem to have the same specs, but the red is far nicer to look at...

Do you think I should increase RAM at all?
