Msi laptop makes 1 long beep randomly

Well if you have an AMI bios it has something to do with the memory this beep code list says its a "Refresh failure - (NO VIDEO) memory refresh failure (bad memory)". I would run something like Memtest86 or windows memory diagnostic to make sure your RAM is stable and not taking any errors.
