My FPS varies from 220-280 (sometimes drops to 190-)
Iv seen people get a lot higher frames and it's bothering me a little.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

There are many guides on steam that refer to "Boosting" FPS on CS:GO, go ahead at give it a search! Personally 220-280 FPS in-game is good enough, and you probably won't notice much of a difference if you increase the FPS by a bit. But I know the feeling of wanting to get every extra FPS that you can!
