oc'ing Intel core 2 duo e8400 to 4.4ghz

i want to OC my CPU (intel core 2 duo e8400 revision E0) on my asus p5q motherboard i have also 8 gbs of ddr2 ram 800mhz 500watt power supply and a bad aftermarket cooler (Xigmatek Apache II) i want to achieve 4.4 ghz what should i buy?

Need a good CPU cooler, good airflow in the case. To OC the 8400 you do it throught the FSB which speeds everything else up also, so need to have good overall cooling throughout
