Ok so that Antimalware executable is Windows running a security scan. You should try and change the scan scheduler, see this microsoft support ticket:

This one is also helpful, you may have a driver or malware issue:

Also you should shut down Google Chrome while playing (right click on the system tray icon for it and pick exit), its a known hog.

Try disabling startup programs to free up some of the CPU clock. How to do this depends on what version of Windows you have. In Windows 7, press Win+R to open run and type in msconfig and press Enter, then navigate to the startup tab and disable any programs that don't need to be running in the background all the time. In Windows 8/8.1/10, press Control+Shift+Escape to open task manager and navigate to the startup tab and disable unneeded startup programs.

Please note that disabling a program at startup does not stop it from working, it just makes it so that it doesn't pre-load at startup and run in the background. Programs that are running in the background could be consuming large amounts of the CPU clock.
