Hello guys i think it's the CPU's fault but dont know why...
I just changed motherboard and clean installed Windows and my frames drop to 30 in dota 2. But not at all times. Just randomly.
Any ideas?

There's your problem. You have a 125w CPU that was supported by the old board and is not supported by the new one.

Old CPU support list.

http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=4417

The Asus website is still throwing security certificate errors but the CPU support list should be available from the page I linked above at the top right if you click Support. It doesn't matter though as it says right on the frontpage it only supports 95w CPUs.

"AMD AM3+ FX™/Phenom™ II/Athlon™ II/Sempron™ 100 Series Processors
Supports CPU up to 95 W
AMD Cool 'n' Quiet™ Technology"

For some reason I can't connect to parts of the Asus site but if this is your board:

https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M5A78LM_LX3/overview/

Then note that it only supports 95w CPUs. What exact CPU do you have?

Oh yeah. That low end board was never meant to power a 125w CPU. It can't supply it with enough power. AMD makes a 95w version of quite a few chips and it can be confusing if you don't know what to look for. I've seen this happen quite a few times.

I would bet that your new board only has a 4pin power connector by the CPU and the old board has the full 8pin connector required for a 125w CPU.

Edit: There is no 95w version of the 8350 either so you can rule that out.
