Hey guys, I'm looking to build a low end system to use for arcade/game emulation. I also intend the system to be portable, as in easy to carry around to parties and friends homes. I'm not looking to spend a lot, but at the same time don't necessarily want to go so low end that I sacrifice quality. As far as I can tell these are the bare minimum that I need:
CPU: 3Ghz Dual Core or better
RAM: 2 GB
GPU: DX11 capable
Any suggestions will be super useful, just remember Cheap, dependable, portable.
