Newegg digital game key never received

Me and my friends all bought a digital game on Newegg. All of them received their key almost instantly, but i didn't. the one thing I know is they bought it with a credit card and I bought it with PayPal. My order still says it is in the order verification step and has been there for the past almost 12 hours. Thank you. If this is on the wrong section please direct me to the right one.
