Can I use Zotac GTX 980 Amp with Cooler Master Thunder 500W?

This card requires 2x 6 pin PCI connectors.
I have 1x 6+2 pin PCI connector and 2x MOLEX cables available from the PSU.
I will use 1x 6+2 pin PCI connector
and for another 6 pin slot I will use Dual MOLEX to 6 pin PCI adapter that is provided with the card.

Please help me!! Will it work with this PSU?

Adapters are not a good idea. It means the power supply was not made to do the job you are asking it to do. Also, the quality of the power supply is not very good either. The only smart move to protect an expensive GTX 980 is to upgrade to a proper quality PSU.
