I7 6700K Stress Testing

When i stress test my i7 6700k oc to 4.4 with aida 64 it not testing at 4.4ghz. But when testing with cinebench r15 it is testing at 4.4ghz. Why is this occuring?

CPU Ratio : 44 = 4.4ghz
Voltage : 1.3

It may be due to your Aida 64 settings that test various things other than just your CPU, there are moments when my CPU also drops down in clock. Also monitor your temps in order to detect any thermal throttling.

Around 68-72 not too hight for temp

In that case it may be your Aida 64 settings. Also check your power options within windows. Ensure it is on high performance.
