Which cheapest CPU and GPU can give ~40 fps in Assassin's Creed Unity @ Lowest settings and 1360x768 resolution?

My 7 year old PC just took its last breath which gave me an opportunity to assemble a new one. So I want to know that which cheapest components can play most games of 2014-2015 @ medium settings and 1360x768 resolution and give me around 30-40 FPS. My budget is Rs.20000 (roughly 300 USD). I just want CPU, GPU , MOBO ,RAM and PSU. So far I am considering G3250 and R7 250x...are they fine for this job?

what about a AMD Athlon X4 870k / 860k / 850k build? they offer very good performance for price as well, and its a high clocked quad core.

i think the g3250 and gt 740 should do fine at 768 res/med settings.

Pentium G3450 not available in INDIA .Please suggest some other CPU.Other than that, can I go for Nvidia GT 740 (2GB GDDR3) from Zotac its available for around 73 USD (₹5000) and R7 250X from Sapphire is available for about 110 USD (₹7500).?

should take amd a10 7850k and a powerfull ram 8gb @ 1866 mhz so that u can run any current game @720p medium setting and get always 30+ fps

I would have chosen A10 7850k but...the benchmarks at anandtech put me down. It can hardly cross 30FPS let alone 30+. It can just get around 24-27 fps with lowest possible settings and 1280x720 in most games.

because it is an apu ... it needs ram of higher frequency so that ur gpu becomes very good....

I know that RAM is used as VRAM by an APU and faster RAM will fetch one better frame rates but the point is that we can't do anything about that. That CPU just have motherboards with DDR3 support and best you can get is 2133MHz effective speed which is damn slow as compared to GDDR5 in recent cards, about 7000MHz effective speed
