Gigabyte B75M-D3V compatibility

Solution
Yes. It has a PCIe x16 slot that the GPU cannot saturate. I hope the PSU delivers about 400W of 12V power and has a PCIe 6 pin power connector for your GPU.

I saw on pc-specs.com that B75M-D3V was not compatible with GTX 950..Please explain this?Is there any risk associated with using gtx 950 with this motherboard?

This is what the motherboard says.

1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16
(The PCI Express x16 slot conforms to PCI Express 3.0 standard.)
* Whether PCI Express 3.0 is supported depends on CPU and graphics card compatibility.
2.2 x PCI Express x1 slots
(All PCI Express x1 slots conform to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
3.1 x PCI slot

The 950 is a PCI 3.- card that will fit in the motherboard and run. If only PCI 2.0 is available from your CPU, it will still run. I am uncertain what you mean about incompatible.
