So i have just bought a new pc which was about 1k specs:
Intel Core i5 6500 4x 3.20GHz
MSI B150M Night Elf Intel
8192MB MSI Radeon R9 390 Gaming
16GB HyperX FURY black DDR4-2133 DIMM CL14 Dual Kit
250GB Samsung 850 Evo SSD
1000GB WD Blue
700 Watt CoolerMaster B700
And when playing cs go i get up to 150fps on everything on medium or less. I ve read a lot of posts about this problem but none of those have helped me.
I have re installed graphic drivers numerus times, overheating is not the problem aswell and my dvi cable is plugged in the gpu not motherboard.
Im using ASUS VG248QE 144Hz if that helps.
