Hi,
I'm pretty desperate as of now.

I built my first dekstop PC a couple of days ago. At first there was an issue where whenever I started it, it would run for about 8-10s then turn itself off for about 3s and then the cycle would start all over again. (Even w just the Mboard + PSU + CPU + RAM connected.)
After removing the CPU + RAM and putting those back in again everything seemed to work fine. (Even though they were already connected correctly the first time.)

The Problem: right now I'm getting freezes at random points in time where I have to do a hard shut-down. I cannot say if it's an hardware or software issue.

Event viewer shows me the following event id's: "1101", "41", "56" and "6008". (6008 is an event that appears after unexpected shut-downs, however in my case it does appear after every single normal shut-down.)

What I've tried so far:
-memtest86+
-detached my GPU (used onboard graphics)
-used the PC w just 1 RAM
-made a seatools check
-deactivated windows defender
-deactivated power options: pcieexpress/linkstatepowermanagement
-reset CMOS
-OCCT CPU test

GPU: sapphire amd r9 380
MBoard: gigabyte ga h170 hd3
CPU: i5-6500
CPUcooler: cooler master 212EVO
Power Supply: be quiet! pure power L8 500W
Memory: crucial 2x4GB DDR4-2133
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 7200RPM
Case: Corsair 200R
OS: Windows Home 10

Every bit of help is greatly appreciated!
