As the title states. I can fix the constant restart, I just flick the switch on my PSU to off and I reset the CMOS. However, this prevents my RAM from being able to run at 1600mHz and instead resets itself to 1333. I doubt anything is wrong with the RAM as it works fine after I reset the CMOS but this problem is really annoying.
