Can access some sites and download but others are totally not working!

I can access some sites like Facebook.com but can't access even Google,Kickasstorret,ThepiratebayQuora,Tomshardware etc.

I've tried :


  • ■Changing my DNS in router settings
    ■ipconfig /flushdns
    ■Rebooting my router several times
    ■Clearing cache in my browsers
