USB Keyboard malfunction in Windows 10 and is not showing up in device manager

My keyboard last night decided to stop working. And error message only came up once but all I can remember from it was "The last usb you plugged in was malfunctioned'. I've searched up for quite a while on how to fix it and I came across the device manager. I've been searching throughout the device manager for the past 20 mins now and I cannot find the USB of the keyboard. My keyboard is E-3LUE Polygon Game Keyboard. I have also searched the name of the keyboard up and if anyone has any problems but it seems I can't find any. I have also tried to plug it into the same USB port as usual but it still didn't work.

The first thing you need to do is beg or borrow a known-working keyboard and try that on your PC. That will tell you whether the culprit is your PC or your keyboard, which at least is more than you know at present. Then proceed accordingly.
