Amd bottle neck with R9 380

Will this combination have Bottle neck issues with AMD a10 7850 with R9 380 4gb Over clock edition with gigabyte a88x g1 sniper motherboard and 8gb gkills ram 4x2 @ 1600mhz, samsung ssd 750 evo and wd 1 tb 7200 rpm and 550w psu corsair gaming cabinet and have DEEPCOOL GAMER STORM CAPTAIN 120 AIO for cooling?
I am facing lag while playing games like COD advance warfare and COD black ops 3 high or medium setting.
Just battlefield 3 works fine and few other like crysis 3.
Any suggestions as why is this happening is it because the cpu cannot handle the GPU.

Then in games that ate CPU intensive, your CPU will limit your performance. In some GPU intensive games, you limit will still be the GPU. A system always has a limit somewhere, in your situation it will be in the CPU more often than the GPU.

There is no simple CPU upgrade.
