6GB Of RAM, Only 4 Shows Up In Control Panel

Control Panel Only Shows...
4GB Installed RAM( 3.40 GB Usable )

The computer came prebuilt with 6GB and I only today noticed that it changed to 4GB as I was heading into the Device Manager.

Checked CPU-Z and it says that the RAM is there on the Memory page and for the SPD page.

Any ideas?

Your post says 64-bit, but have you verified that? You can either pull up the system details in Windows or look at the About tab in CPU-Z to see that you're indeed running 64-bit Windows.
